Before you can be connected to the hot water/gas system in your building, you will need to open a customer account either by submitting an application form or calling us on 1300 303 486.
We will provide you with an account number which you can give to our connection staff when completing and signing the connection form provided at connection, alternatively you can request that connection form be sent to you to arrange connection. Go here to download this form, or apply online below.
For all New Accounts, we will send you out an Application Pack. In this pack you will find a Connections, Transfer, and Amendment of Account form. Please fill in this form and post or send it to us. Also in this pack you will find a welcome letter that explains information about the company and the services we offer. There is a form detailing all the fees and charges including the tariff rate, and a copy of the terms and conditions you are subject to.
Your Connection Will Be Registered within three (3) working days of receiving a completed connection form. When we open your account for the property to be connected, we'll verify the details and register a connection request. Our connection staff will call within three (3) working days and connect your services.
