Payment using Credit Card by telephone
Payments can be made by credit card over the telephone during office hours. (7.30 am until 4.30 pm) Qld Time. Credit cards currently accepted for payment are listed below.
Direct Payment by Internet
Direct Payment of your bill can be made from your bank account via the internet.
- Log on to your internet bank account.(Assuming this facility has already been set up with your bank).
- Enter the ‘Transfer Funds’ Section.(The name and procedure of this facility may vary from bank to bank. If this is the first time you have used this facility it is advisable that you check in advance with your bank to have explained their correct procedure).
- In the “Transfer” section enter the following details:

4. Enter the amount owing on your account shown as the amount located on the bottom of your invoice. NB: Please ensure that you enter the full amount including GST.
5. Enter the Reference Number (Your invoice number). NB: You must state the invoice number (top right corner of your bill) as your reference number to avoid delay in processing of the payment.
Simply tear off the payment slip on your account and send with a cheque or your credit card details to the address shown on your account.

Visit our Customer Service Centre, located on the Gold Coast at Southport.
Please make sure you don't forget to take along your current payment notice.
