Payments can be made by credit card over the telephone during office hours. (7.30 am until 4.30 pm) Qld Time. Credit cards currently accepted for payment are listed below.

Direct Payment of your bill can be made from your bank account via the internet.

4. Enter the amount owing on your account shown as the amount located on the bottom of your invoice. NB: Please ensure that you enter the full amount including GST.
5. Enter the Reference Number (Your SES customer number). NB: You must state your customer number as your reference number to avoid delay in processing of the payment.
Simply tear off the payment slip on your account and send with a cheque or your credit card details to the address shown on your account.
